The Man Behind MINOA Water
Manolis Tsaldaris was born and raised in Piraeus. After completing his studies in Mechanical Engineering, he decided to pursue a field he had always been passionate about—Recycling—driven by his lifelong love of nature.
Determined to build his dream, he founded a green metal recycling plant in Rentis, Attica nearly a decade ago, laying the foundation for his greater goal: a cleaner, more sustainable planet.
Determined to shift the landscape in Greece, he expanded into Water Technology. After extensive training in China—a country with significant water-related challenges—he excelled in a field relatively unknown in Greece: water filtration. This led to him bringing major water filter brands to the Greek market through his platform shop.waterfresh.gr.
But his journey didn’t stop there. A visionary at heart, his successful path in the water industry inspired him to innovate further, leading to the creation of Greece’s first water in paper-based packaging: MINOA.
